Laurabeth is the Director of Enterprise Sales for the Staffing division at CODE Group, where she helps organizations build better software through a thoughtful mix of consulting, training, and staffing solutions. With over 30 years of experience in the technology industry, CODE Group has earned a reputation for delivering exceptional talent and providing comprehensive support throughout clients’ software journeys. In her role, Laurabeth focuses on developing meaningful, long-term partnerships with enterprise clients. She ensures they have the right resources, strategies, and expertise to achieve their software goals. Her approach is always client-focused, often starting with tailored training and consulting projects that grow into larger initiatives, including staffing solutions designed to align with the client’s vision, timeline, and budget. Laurabeth also works closely with clients to rethink staffing strategies, emphasizing transparency, budget control, and sustainable contractor placements. Her efforts reflect CODE Group’s commitment to building strong, reliable relationships and delivering results that drive growth for clients and partners alike. Before stepping into her current role, Laurabeth served as an Account Manager at CODE Staffing. There, she managed hiring and onboarding, addressed employee and client needs, and helped identify top talent for major clients. She also established a feedback loop between CODE employees and client team leads, fostering open communication and continuous improvement—something she remains passionate about today. With over eight years of experience in business development and account management in the technology and oil and gas industries, Laurabeth has developed a diverse skill set. Her career has spanned selling completions equipment and geophysical data acquisition services in the Gulf of Mexico to leading consulting engagements and delivering strategic staffing solutions. No matter the role, she prioritizes transparency, efficiency, and long-term success in every partnership. Outside of work, she enjoys cooking, spending time with her dog, Daisy, and diving into a good book. She's also recently taken up golfing— if you saw her swing, you can tell this is a new-found hobby, but she's having a lot of fun with it.
